Rules: No drafting or pacing. Helmets must be worn in the bike portion

of the race. Team participants must wear wrist bands.

Awards: Overall Male and Overall Female Trophy, 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd places

in Individual Competition and 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd places in Team

Competition.

I represent that I am in good physical condition and that I have sufficient skill and experience to safely compete in any event in which I choose to participate. I realize that in competitive events there is the possibility of accidental or other physical injury, and that property damage or serious injury can occur as a result of participation in such event. Knowing the risks, I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Lake Lowndes State Park from all liability in said race.
